- Grant of License:Southern Damage Appraisals, LLC (“we,” “us”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SDA ClaimTracker solely for your internal business purposes, provided you comply with these terms.
- Relationship to Intuit:You acknowledge that SDA ClaimTracker is a third-party application and is not provided, endorsed, or warranted by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by your separate agreement with Intuit.
- Data Access & Permissions:By connecting SDA ClaimTracker to your QuickBooks account via OAuth 2.0, you expressly grant us permission to access, retrieve, and (if applicable) modify data within your QuickBooks company file as necessary for the app’s functionality.
- Prohibited Use:You agree not to:
- Use the app to violate any laws or Intuit’s policies.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
- Share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Limitation of Liability:To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Damage Appraisals, LLC shall not be liable for any loss of data, profit, or business interruption arising from the use of this app or its integration with QuickBooks.
- Termination:We reserve the right to terminate your access if you breach these terms or if your QuickBooks connection is revoked.
